For Anyone knowledgeable in Greek: What is the true definition of the term Christianos?

Please be thorough; The only definition that I have come across is ';Followers of Christ';For Anyone knowledgeable in Greek: What is the true definition of the term Christianos?
As confirmed before, christianos (χριστιανός, keep in mind that the pronunciation is not like that of ';christ';, ch is a h as in horse, i is short ee etc) means follower of Christ, believer in Christianity. Actually, the word is a greek version of the Roman latin word christianus (relating to christ), produced by the combination of the greek word christos (χριστός =nominable, anointable ==anointed) and the latin suffix -ianus. (you asked for thoroughness). For Anyone knowledgeable in Greek: What is the true definition of the term Christianos?
Χριστιανός= a christian, yes a follower of Christ.
christianos comes from the word christos which means Christ. according to the encyclopedia of oxford the definition is 'the one who believes in Christ'
It could have meant in the early days 'one like Christ' and if you push etymology enough 'one like an anointed one' since christos in Greek by itself means 'anointed one' (Messiah). As it is generally used, those, it means disciple or follower of Christ.
in modern greek mans Christian (simply)!!
