My definition of a true NBA MVP award winner is, if you take the best player off the team there is no way in hell the team will win, because he is the most valuable player on the team and thats why the team wins or even gets close to winning because they would sink without him. ---- And whatever team wins without him means he is not worthy of the MVP award.

question.... the NBA's MVP.... that means... who is the NBA's most valuable player.... which could definetly be Kobe,,,put him on anyteam...ANYTEAM...and that team will make the playoffs... put Nash or Lebron on anyteam... and that team wont fit that player's playing style.... Who even cares who wins the MVP?! The NBA needs to have their version of the President's Trophy given to the team at the end of the year with the best record.
Did someone say that Phoenix would easily make the playoffs without Nash? You may want to rethink that!!
