What Is Your Definition Of What A True NBA MVP Award Winner Should Be?

My definition of a true NBA MVP award winner is, if you take the best player off the team there is no way in hell the team will win, because he is the most valuable player on the team and thats why the team wins or even gets close to winning because they would sink without him. ---- And whatever team wins without him means he is not worthy of the MVP award.

good argument there...

...brian...definetly no best player on the best team

the best player doens't neccessarily mean the most valuable....

...i could say wade is the better player...but shaq is more valuable...

...nash is more valuable but marion is the better player

question.... the NBA's MVP.... that means... who is the NBA's most valuable player.... which could definetly be Kobe,,,put him on anyteam...ANYTEAM...and that team will make the playoffs... put Nash or Lebron on anyteam... and that team wont fit that player's playing style.... Kobe can adapt... he can take over.... he is the total package... he is the NBA's 06-07 MVP....... i dont even like this guy.... but he is the greatest this yearWhat Is Your Definition Of What A True NBA MVP Award Winner Should Be?
Who even cares who wins the MVP?! The NBA needs to have their version of the President's Trophy given to the team at the end of the year with the best record.

Did someone say that Phoenix would easily make the playoffs without Nash? You may want to rethink that!!
best player on the best team
